Comment by Cisco on March 1, 2012 at 11:29am I want to know just how many of you folks exercise on a regular basis and use supplements. The only one I use is Dymatize ISO-100. Of course, I use my everyday vitamins and I have some bars that I am rather fond of-Quest bars in the Peanut Butter Supreme flavor, which provide carbs, and protein, but the carbs provided are in the form of fiber mostly to give you a long term source of energy. What do you use?
