If you would like to improve your memory here is what I do that helps.
Whenever you create a post, make a mental note where you posted to. You could create a blog post, a forum post or post to a group. This can be confusing if you do not pay attention to where you are posting to.
After you post your message, go back over it, notice where you shared it and say to yourself, I will check back tomorrow and look at my post in (Whatever area you posted to).
This is one exercise.
Another exercise is to try and remember one interesting thing you learn each day.
If you are talking on the phone or in person to someone and you forget what you wanted to say, say out loud, "I forgot what I wanted to say but I know it will come right back to me in a minute"
You will be surpised after a few minutes or less how the thought pops back into your brain.
This is a trick I have created for myself many years ago and it works 100 percent of the time. This really helps to boost your memory confidence.
