Low Potassium levels

I have very low potassium levels since last 1 year.(Received Kidney Tx in 2008 December).and now I am on potassium and magnesium supplements. The potassium pills are HUGE.I was wondering if someone knew a better way to get these minerals? Gummy bears?-VrinSee More

I am Interested in Transplant Friends because...: I want to interact with people like me who have had similar struggle and want to share inspirational stories with each other. And also to keep reminding myself that I am a survivor.

Share how your transplant experience changed your life?: Transplantation has taught me to be self-sufficient and strong. It has restored my faith in myself, and also to live life in minutes and days. I look forward to ice-cream cones, Kababs and the company of good friends. The simple things in life, like the sound of rain outside or a familiar song on radio is enough to make me happy for the next hour or two. It has also taught me to live with the illusion of life and love, while knowing all this is so short-lived. I wish you all love and peace. May your medications work, may you have a hearty dinner today, and may you find warmth of loved ones.
