I'm so sorry your parents made you feel bad for taking a medicine that has not done the damage to people that many over the counter products have, such as tylenol.
Nobody died from pot last year. Many died from prescription drugs. You should not feel guilty for your parents ignorance. They taught you what they were told and believed was the right thing.

BTW: My hepatologist doesn't mind me using it in moderation for any reason.

I used medicinal brownies during my recent hep C treatment to relieve the horrible muscle pain.
When it came to my hep C treatment, my hepatologist pretty much goes along with anything that isn't harmful if it would keep me on treatment.
Do understand, I live in Northern California where it's legal, except for the Feds view on it, which is another topic.
