My name is Ken and I am a single lung tx from April 2008. I was reading about your food restriction on potatoes and vegies grown underground. Are these the restrictions put on you by Mayo? Loyola has told me that I may eat any fruit or vegies if I wash them in a mixture of lemon juice and water. And they never warned me about cheeses.
