They will probably assign you to a coordinator who will handle your scheduled appointments and keep you informed of your status. In the meantime, please join the lung transplant group on this site - many of your current questions may be answered by people who have experienced the same thing you are now experiencing:

Remember, try to stay as relaxed as possible. For me, the waiting was far worse than the actual tests :)
