"Hi Cisco, 8 years this coming August 12th. I metabolize like crazy. My creatinine is between .8 and 1.2. My prograf levels are kept at about 5.4-5.8. With the generic prograf my prograf levels soared to nearly 8. I def felt the side effects then!…"

"8 years out, almost, kidney. From .8 to 1.1. Was about 7 pre-op but I am only 92 pounds. It took awhile for mine to level out. hydration lowers creatinine and lower meds."

"I have never heard of not being able to switch back either. In fact I just did. The generic prograf made my blood levels too high. Potassium was 5.8, the runs and the blood trough level was nearly 8! So I switched back. You just have to get levels…"
