"I didn't lift anything heavy, but it is the protein I am most worried about. I ask a lot of questions, but they have to go through all of the tests before they have answers. What is your dr.'s name? I have Dr. Huang. Li Ting is my nurse."

Share - which illness lead up to you needing a transplant?: My transplant took place on June 22, 2012. High Blood presure caused my kidney to fail

Which Organ(s) did you receive? If you are on the waiting list, please share.: My daughter (RN) found a high school friend who's husband was willing to donate a Kidney to save my life.

How many years have you had your Transplant for?: 11 months

I am Interested in Transplant Friends because...: Others to share information and feelings with. Also gain some insight to Kidney tx.

Which Transplant Center has or will perform your life saving surgery?: University of Michigan, a great TX Center

Share how your transplant experience changed your life?: It has change my life forever. I will be able to travel and not worry about Dialysis. I found new freedom, thanks to my living donor a very special person.

Share whatever information you want us to know about you: A Kidney tx saved my life from being placed on a dialysis machine for a long time.
