I know to cease any face licking, etc-any questionable contact-but reading through the archives here, I see people taking extreme steps towards sterility, such as seeing nobody for 3 months, wearing face masks all the time, etc. Are these measures always necessary? I am 69 and currently not on dialysis, but resisting it with a GFR of 11% and a creatinine level of 5.5. I am at the top of the secondary cadaver kidney waiting list. Chuck
