- Prograf 1mg twice daily, Prednisone 2.5MG 1 daily, due to transplant I am diabetic now so I take insulin on a daily basis.. No vitamins... Chicken, Turkey, Fish, veggies, lite cool whip with sugar-free pineapple, diced apples topped with pecans..

Meet the wonderful lady who shared her life with me, she donated unknown then we got to meet after a year of the transplant. Also have meet so many wonderful people who have enriched my life, that I have meet along the way before and after transplant..
