Born with jaundice that didn't go away. At 2 months I was diagnosed with biliary atresia. Transplanted at 6 months. Rejected. Transplanted again at 9 months. Now? So far-- SO GOOD :)

Well. It's difficult to explain.
Everything happened before the age of 1, so thankfully I don't remember aaanything from it! If it weren't for the scar I hafta look at everyday and the meds I hafta take, I wouldn believe it ever happend.
So really, I guess you can say that the "idea" of it didn't really hit me until I was in high school. :) Today I live a BUSY and fearless life :) There's no way I'm gonna waste my 3rd chance at life!

*Been a student at CSU Fresno for 5 yrs now. Hope to graduate in Dec. '12 with a B.A. in Interpreting(ASL), a minor in Coaching, and certificates (Event planning, Cross Cultural Competency, and Coaching)
