- I take the prograf, mycophenolate and prednisone. I have a tremor in my hand. I used to get tingly all over like sitting in an idoling car but the car is not on. I just learned to live with it because I did not know which med caused it and I did not want to go through all of the adjustments and blood tests etc. Some get gabapentin for pain. maybe you can ask your doctor about it for your back. It works with the nerves.

Hi Frank. I have been taking the generic of Prograf from the beginning. It is fine. I have gotten it down to 1mg twice a day.However, my Hep C has been more aggressive and I am about to start Hep C treatment after 2.5 years and it will not work with the Tac so I am switching to an older drug called Cyclosporine.You will be fine on the generic.
