I think that the majority of transplant recipients have no serious side effects..of course..there will be some untils meds are adjusted to your system, but for the most part, after they are adjusted, you will feel just fine! Viewing the comments on this website do present a few comments about rejection meds and their side effects, but it is a small majority compared with the thousands of recipients that have none. I am one of them.

- Welcome Deb! You've come to the right place for support. Just want to let you know that you picked one of...if not the best....Hospitals for transplant in the USA!!! I had my liver transplant done there almost 5 years ago and am very pleased with the quality of the surgeons,staff, and support people!! They are the best, but most of all they stay with you for the rest of your life, always helping.
