I was diagnosed with HUS (Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome) in 1977 at the age of 17. This caused renal failure.

Which Organ(s) did you receive? If you are on the waiting list, please share.

I have been on and off dialysis since 1977. I have received four kidney transplants, 1978 - mom; 1982 - sister; 1986 - cadaver; and 1996 - cadaver.
