- Cardiomyopathy in 1992 I worked until 1999 when my ejection fracton was at 13%, then it was in and out of the hospital and a pacemaker/ defibrillator.

- I recieved my heart at the University of Michigan Medical Center in 2001

- Alendronate 70mg 1 time weekly (stopped on 8/21/11)(Fosomax)
Allopurinol 150mg 9a.m.
Androgel 1% 4 pumps daily
Astelin 2 times daily as needed
Carvedilol 6.25mg 1 tab twice daily (Coreg)
Colchicine 0.6mg 9p.m.
Cyproheptadine 4mg 3 times daily (Periactin)
Diltiazem 120mg 9p.m.
Flonase 2 times daily (as needed)
Gengraf 25mg (I take 75mg twice daily) (9am and 9pm)
Lisinipril 20mg once daily 9a.m.
Mycophenolate Mofetil (Cell Cept) 500mg tab 1000mg twice daily
Pravastatin 40mg one daily 9p.m.
Warfarin sodium 5mg tab as directed
Aspirin 81 mg one daily 9a.m.
Citrical-D 2 daily with meals
Mag-ox 2 daily with meals
Vitamin D3 2000IU one daily 9a.m.

- First, it saved my life, I had less than a week to live. It has made me realize how important it is to live our short lives to the fullest we can. I stop and smell flowers and stoop to hear what a child has to say. I love the rain, and the sunshine, still dont care for the cold and snow, but maybe in time that will come too. I talk a lot more than I used to, to the dismay of some people.
