Hypertension with Pancreas Transplant
Hi guys,I had a pancreas transplant 19 mths ago. Blood sugars are great A1c is 5.2. I take 6mg prograf AM/PM, 500 mg Cellcept AM/PM and rapamune 2mg daily. My blood pressures continue to rise and antihypertensive meds haven't helped. My GFR has gone from 58 down to 38 since my transplant. Has anyone had blood pressure issues? If so what type of treatments are you using? We have tried numerous meds but I have had side effects and they haven't decreased the BP. Is anyone using all three of the…See More
