"VERY TRUE Mohan. Many years ago I took grapeseed in a vitamin and my Prograf level did increase. Not terrible high but it did increase.  I would be careful of shampoos containing grapeseed extracts. This is a very common ingredient. "

"There is something specific about grapefruits, whether it has a higher level of acid or something else I am not sure.  It can affect a lot of medications, not just transplant meds.  Hopefully someone else will know more...."
