I drink 2 1/2 liters of room temperature water daily, Reverse osmosis.

Fill jug every morning and drink untill finished. Living in Florida sure helps with my thirst.

My PCP recommended a multivitamin when I became a vegetarian at 30, more than 20 years ago, and added calcium after I broke my leg, 3 years ago.  I take Xtend Life Men's Premium and their Calcium, and Opti 3, a vegetarian Omega 3 supplement.

Douglas-do you buy BPA free plastic bottles?  Have you heard of the company wild planet?

Comment by Sunday on February 15, 2012 at 11:43am

BPA- Bisphenola . Toxic plastics chemical in canned food and plastic bottles, if you wish to avoid BPA, purchase frozrsen fruits and vegetables instead of canned, buy sparkling water in bottles instead of cans, and dont buy hard plastic containers or bottlies. BPA is usually found in HARD plastic baby bottles, water bottles, hard plastic microwaveble cookware, some plastic storage bags and containers and in lining of aluminum cans.

Hi Douglas- What bottles are BPA free?

Comment by Sunday on February 12, 2012 at 5:29pm

I perchase ( 7 )  1.5L bottles per week that is BPA free, total dissolved solids 0-5P.P.M  fluoride ions 0-P.P.M   sodium free with added oxygen, it has a very light and pure taste. one bottle per day for me is great for the kidney.
