Hi, Mary, I had my kidney/pancreas tx @ Mayo Clinic's Methodist Hospital in Rochester MN too! OCt. 2011, same year!I didn't know transplants are done @ St. Mary's. How are you? I have some issues but am doing great. Do you return to Rochester a lot?

Hey Jane, it's nice to meet another Mayo person!  There don't seem to be too many of us on here!  I was there from September 2010 until August 2011.  I wonder if our paths ever crossed?  :)   We went back pretty much every month the first year but much less now. I was there about a month ago and don't have to go back until May for the annual check-up. It's gone really well for me also. It's such a great hospital! I wish everyone could get such great treatment. How often do you go to Rochester?

Wow,a heart and a liver, amazing! I had a double organ tx too, a kidney/pancreas. Feeling good but tired. My clinic visits are fewer now, weaning me off the frequent tests. That makes me nervous as I hope all is well between visits.

I imagine our paths crossed @ Mayo clinic as our timing is so similar. i always wonder stuff like that, too!Why were you @St. Mary's doer a whole year? That is so long!
