@stottie I like your attitude.  I often have a tough time emotionally accepting the libido issues that we all have to face post transplant.  You're approach is an inspiration.  This second chance at life is a blessing.

Since this group is just for the guys, I thought I would let anyone who might be interested that ADC sells Sildenafil for a very reasonable price; Close to 50¢ a pill, USD.

Sildenafil Citrate is sold under the brand name Viagra and prescribed for ED, and also sold under the brand name Revatio when prescribed for Pulmonary Hypertension. Sildenafil is often referred to as the "Blue Pill".

Sildenafil is one of the main treatments for PH. It works to reduce arterial pressure in the same way that it works for ED. It should be noted that the dosage for ED is about 4 times greater than the dosage for PAH.

For more information on its use, the wiki article does a good job of simple descriptions:

For those unfamiliar with ADC, AllDayChemist is an Indian Pharmacy that sells generic versions of drugs manufactured by some of the largest pharmaceuticals in the world, located in India, such as Cipla. India does not accept US patents for drugs, and thus sells copies of US brand name drugs as generic drugs, selling these for 10 or 100 times cheaper than the drugs cost in the U.S.  I have been ordering from them for well over 10 years, buying mainly reflux meds, blood pressure meds, inhalers for asthma or emphysema, antibiotics, etc. They are more reliable than any US pharmacy I know, and typically saves me hundreds of dollars each year. I know literally dozens of people who order from ADC every year.

ADC has a Mens Health department, where they have a double pills ofer for the blue pill, which works just as well as the name brand version, Viagra.

I should also note that the US does not allow its citizens to purchase prescription drugs from outside the US, shipped here. ADC does not require a prescription, which is also against US laws. ADC does not sell prescription drugs that have a high degree of abuse, such as pain killers, tranquilizers, anti-depressants, etc. ADC charges $25 for shipping, no matter whether you order one pill or a thousand, so many people place larger orders with them to save on shipping. Some people I know use ADC to order larger quantities of some drugs that they want to keep on hand, since a US pharmacy or Insurance company will not give you more than one or three month supplies. A couple of examples here is azithromycin, or albuterol inhalers, or reflux meds like nexium.
