Oh, I love all kinds of sports!  I practically grew up in the Astrodome in Houston.  My mom worked for a bank and had access to season tickets to the Astros, and my dad bought season tickets to the Oilers, so I've been a sports fan since I was a kid back in the mid-60s.

Sorry, Rachel, but my dad taught me to hate the Cowboys.  LOL!

I lived in the UK for 18 years and was fortunate enough to attend the Gentlemen's Final at Wimbledon on several different occasions.  In other years, I was able to see other matches, including one between Andre Agassi and Boris Becker.  My experience in the UK made me into a football fan.  I remember when David Beckham first started playing.

I've also seen live cricket at Lord's, if that means anything to anyone here!

I was born in NYC and grew up in the NY suburbs. I have lived in many areas of the country and traveled extensively, but I always came back to NY, which is the place I love most.

We pretty much have two teams in every sport (and three in some). When I was growing up, my Mom was a Brooklyn Dodgers fan, my Dad was a NY Giants fan (Queens), and I was a Yankees fan (the Bronx).

I root for the teams that were around when I was growing up, so I root for the NY Giants and not the Jets, I root for the NY Rangers, and not the Islanders or Devils, I root for the Knicks and not the Nets, and I root for the Yankees and not the Mets. I went to Syracuse, so I root for the Orange in College, along with NYC's team, St. Johns.

And of course, I root for the US Olympic team. For instance, even though Maria Sharapova has lived in the US since she was 7 years old, I root for Sarina and the Williams sisters in the Olympics. And, I gotta say, the US swimmers, both male and female have been amazing! Congratulations to all the US medal winners.

I split my time between the place I love, Rodeo, NM and the place where family is, Mesa, AZ. I am a home town fan all the way. I follow the D-backs, Cardinals, Coyotes, & Suns but also have an interest in some Colorado teams. I follow the MLS Rapids and my dream Super Bowl would be the Cards playing the Broncos.

I grew up in Detroit and followed all the local teams in the 60's, but I haven't lived East of the Rocky mountains in 40 years...but I still cast a glance at the teams of my youth occasionally.

Oh yeah, my wife is a big time Packers fan. I don't get it, but I tolerate it.

Raised in the northwest Seattle Seahawks are the only show in town. But when I was a kid I,thought Washington redskins was from there when Seahawks came about, boy did I feel stupid!

Sports in the morning.

Pretty cool that there are live sports from Europe on in the morning in early July. Wimbledon on ESPN 1, 2, 3 and The Tour de France on what used to be Versa, now called NBC Sports Network.
