This group was inspired by one of our members named Frank, who passed away a few years ago. He had asked me to create a forum just for this purpose. He said it would become very popular. Frank lives on through all of the people who loved him. We have many posts on transplantbuddies that he shared with us.
Let us keep his memory alive by participating in this group.

Comment by Luce on March 6, 2013 at 7:01am I had my tests this morning and a control echo. What can I say, I'm dealing real bad with the post biopsy thing, this phobia got incapacitating.
I'll cook and straighten things until it goes away.
Comment by Mark on March 4, 2013 at 2:47pm A friend of mine posted this on Facebook this morning. If only all of us could make our exit this gracefully.
"She opened her eyes in a glassy stare, her breathing strained. We held her hands, said what we could, and put a washcloth on her forehead as she had for us in childhood. Then the chaplain prayed for the Father to call her name, and he asked Mom to listen. Her face relaxed, her struggling stopped, and she went home."

Comment by Reginald Tom Wickett on March 3, 2013 at 10:05pm Hi everybody, every-day starts off with a big hug & a smile with my wife Sylvia, today we went for a 3 mile walk with the dogs & did some shopping. Tomorrow starts off with curling 3 times a week, Drs. visits & more walking. Hugs to everybody.
Comment by Les on March 3, 2013 at 4:53am Hullo all, I do not get to site very often as I am working 7 days now. My day is like most of my days "very busy". Here in Australia we usually reply to the question of how is your day by replying with: Same s__t different day. Sorry about the profanity but that is the Australian way. Every day we wake up is a good day, I have just kissed my 7 year old grandaughter goodnight so how lucky am I ?
Hope your days are as happy as mine I wish you all the best.
Bye Now

Comment by Rachel on February 27, 2013 at 9:43pm Hello everyone
Needed to vent to someone......My day was going pretty good until about 30min. ago. I knocked on my neighbors door to tell them that their dog didn't have any water and she warned me to stop looking into her back yard and stop throwing treats over the fence. She was calling her lawyer, so I told her to go ahead. I told her not giving her dog water was abuse. I left and not 10mins went by when I heard a knock on the door and it was the sheriffs. My family keeps telling me to leave that dog alone before someone gets hurt. I feel so sad. Thanks for listening.
