Medicaid ended now what?

Hi guys. I'm on my last week of Medicaid. 
I'm freaking out and crazy worried about my
pills being discontinued. I'd be eternally grateful
for ANY advice.

I found Astellas Patient Assistance Program for Organ Transplant
for Organ Transplant which will supply me with free Prograf for a year and Novartis which will also help me with my Myfortic.

Why don't you try getting help directly from the pharmacutical companies? They always have programs set up for low income, post transplant customers.
